They showcased their passion for healthcare and culinary expertise by preparing specialized diets for various health conditions, including Diabetes, Hypertension, Anaemia, Kidney Failure, Antenatal mothers, and Malnourished Children. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Ms. Anjali, the esteemed Nutrition & Dietetics Subject Coordinator, who brilliantly facilitated this event. Her guidance and expertise were instrumental in shaping this wonderful learning experience for our students. The students' culinary creations were evaluated by none other than Prof. USHA, the esteemed Head of the Department of Child Health Nursing at Akal College of Nursing, Eternal University. Her insightful feedback and encouragement provided our aspiring nurses with valuable insights into the intersection of nutrition and patient care. The cooking demonstration featured a carefully curated menu, tailor-made to cater to the unique dietary requirements of patients with various health conditions. Each dish was prepared with meticulous attention to nutrition, ensuring that patients receive the best care through a balanced and delicious diet.
